Most common support questions and answers:
Q: Why do I keep getting disconnected?
A: Your Internet Explorer may be set to disconnect after a specified time period. To check
your settings in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then select Internet Options, and click the Connections tab.
Select your Web Favorite dial-up connection from the Dial-up Settings window, then click Settings. At the bottom of that window, click the Advanced button. On the next window, make sure the "Disconnect if idle for..." option is not checked, as well as the "Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed" option below it. If you are disconnected after checking for e-mail, your e-mail client may be configured to disconnect after sending and receiving mail, please check those settings as well.
Q: I can't get connected or I receive an error when I am trying to connect. What should I do?
A: First, check your access number. Also try any additional access numbers you have for your area code. Please check that the username and password are correct and that both are lowercase letters. Disable any firewall software you have running. Rebooting the computer solves many connections errors as well.
